Change / Cancel My Order
Please call us at (215) 887-5748 immediately after placing your order to make any changes. There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our distribution center, or that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or size, and then we’ll ship it to you when supplies are replenished. The expected ship date for backordered merchandise is listed when you add an item to your basket and during checkout. We will contact you via email if the date changes. Backordered items cannot be expedited and will ship via standard shipping when they arrive. We will contact you via email if the item’s due date changes.
Whether you are a school or an individual eligible for purchase order, complete this order form. Once your look through our inventory and decide which products you would like to purchase, gather your charge/billing information, fill out the order form and either call us, mail us, or fax us.

Most orders will ship out within two business days of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders will take 24-72 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via Standard Shipping (flat rate of $5.00) unless you select an alternative.
We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses as well as more than 100 other countries. Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited.
If Standard Shipping is selected, your order may ship via a variety of carriers. Some UPS orders may be delivered by the Postal Service. Your Shipping Confirmation email will tell you which carrier is handling your package and will provide you with a tracking link.

Free Shipping Info
Orders over $100 USD will not be charged the Standard Shipping fee (flat rate of $5.00). Offer excludes additional shipping charges for oversized items, as noted on the Product Detail page. Free Shipping applies only to merchandise. Taxes, Duties, Gift Cards and oversized shipping charges do not count toward the Free Shipping total. Free shipping offer valid in the US amongst other countries on Standard Shipping fees. We still offer free shipping with our bulk options!
Return Policy Information
We promise to be your trusted partner for Selective Mutism Products by delivering the advice, service and convenience you deserve. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement or return. You can return or exchange almost everything within 20 days of delivery for a full refund (minus the shipping of purchase price and shipping of return price). Simply ship your items back to us with all contents and packaging and we will process your return or exchange.
